How to Clip In Extensions + Hide Wefts for Pigtails and Double Braids
Double braids and pigtails are perfect summer hairstyles.
They are quick, easy, and require little-to-no heat styling. Which is great when it starts to get super hot out! I love adding a few pieces of extensions to make mine longer and add volume.
I get a lot of questions on how to hide the wefts so they don't show at the part. This video goes step-by-step over how and where I clip in each piece for perfect pigtails or double braids.
Here is the video tutorial, it's only around four minutes long!
And if you are more the reading type, here are the written instructions:
Step 1 | Part + Section Hair
Part hair vertically into two sides for the braids or pigtails. Then horizontally section each side to add in the extensions. I like to start clipping in my extensions right above my ear.
Step 2 | Backcomb Lightly + Add Texture Spray
Backcombing and adding texture spray will give your hair a bit more "grip" and make the extensions more comfortable for all-day wear.
Step 3 | Add Extensions
You'll be using only the wefts from our "ponytail pack." These are the versatile 3" wefts and 1" weft pieces from your set. Put the 5" and 7" weft back onto your storage hanger, you won't need them for this hair style.
Clip the first weft in, focusing on adding it to the center of the section. This way it will be hidden at the front and back parts.
Then section your hair again, about half an inch above this weft, and repeat step 2 before adding in another weft. Repeat a third time and add in your third and last weft on this side.
Step 4 | Create Volume at The Top
Add a little volume with teasing or texture spray at the roots to balance the volume and length created with the extensions at the ends.
Step 5 | Pigtail or Braid
Gather your hair into either your pigtail or braid and secure with an elastic band.
Step 6 | Repeat on Other Side
Repeat steps 1- 5 on the other side.
All finished! Enjoy your braids or pigtails!

High Ponytail Hair Tutorial | 2 Styles | Sleek + Voluminous
The heat is on! It's officially summer and this high ponytail has been my go-to hairstyle.
Ponytails are the hair version of a good pair of jeans. They can be dressed up or down, worn casual or fancy.
I wanted to show my two favorite styles, a sleek version and a tousled look. Both can be worn with the hair straight, wavy, or curly to vary the look each time.
And, to make it even easier to replicate, we have some handy-dandy photo tutorials after the video. You can save them to your Pinterest board, so you can refresh your memory quickly the next time you are getting ready!

Boho Hair Inspo // Tutorial from Beauty Blogger FrouFrou412
I love YouTube. I can so easily get sucked in and spend hours watching beauty tutorials!
Ashley, a.k.a froufrou412 on YouTube and Instagram, is a fav because of how clearly she breaks down every style step-by-step in her tutorials. I always feel like I can actually recreate the gorgeous hair styles she does.
She's just a peach and this video is AMAZING! She reviews our hair and does a great boho half up hair-do that is major hair inspo. Make sure you subscribe to her channel, she posts videos regularly.
Ashley is wearing shade 14, Medium Warm Blonde, in the 18" 180 grams set. She trimmed hers about an inch to blend them with her shorter bob haircut.
I love that you can see how thick each weft is in the video. The hair geek in me went wild!

Double Dutch Braids Hair Tutorial
I can't believe how popular Double Dutch braids have become again lately. I remember my mother braiding my hair like this every day before school when I was in elementary school!
These braids are great if you only have a few minutes to pull together a polished look and they are also perfect if you need to take a break from heat styling your hair or extensions. I also love them for a quick but cute gym hair style. They keep my hair totally out of my face the whole workout!
We added extensions to our braids to make them extra thick, but you can do them with just your natural hair as well!
I hope you enjoy the video tutorial!
