Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on new and unopened extensions within 30 days. The security seal on the side of main compartment need to be intact. The bottom tester strip may be removed from the package to check color, but needs to have the security tie remain in place.
Hair is considered a hygienic product, and as such, all US based hair extension companies have this exact same policy.
We take your and all our customer's health seriously, and can not accept any hair that has been opened or worn under ANY circumstances.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Once you've shipped your exchange or return back to us at the address below, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with with your return shipping tracking number. This way we can look out for your package and process the exchange or return more quickly for you.
Once your hair arrives back at the shipping center, it will be inspected to make sure you qualify for a refund. Opened merchandise will not be issued a refund and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Customers are responsible for their return and exchange shipping costs. We recommend shipping your hair back with a tracking number, as girlgetglamorousHAIR is not responsible for any lost packages.
Original shipping costs can not be refunded, as they have been used to ship your item. Any coupons used will be deducted from the total of the refund.
Please note: we have a $10 restocking fee on all returned items. We are charged by CC companies to process your order and they keep that fee, even when we refund you. We are also charged an additional fee to refund you. We are an independent company and the restocking fee helps cover a portion of those fees.
We have found it works best for exchanges to place a new order and ship the original extensions back separately. This ensures the shade you would like remains in stock, as our stock changes quickly. The new order will be shipped immediately and once the original extensions are received and verified that the security seal is in tact, a refund for the original purchase price will be issued, less original shipping costs and coupons used.

We can not accept ANY returns on hair that has been opened in the main box or taken off the tester placard.
